Ich denke, dass wir hier nicht nur die Digitalisierung der analogen Archive betrachten sollten, sondern auch die Erschaffung und Förderung von digitaler Archive vergleichbar zur Wayback Machine.
Zumindest aktuell erweckt der Eingangstext auf mich den Eindruck, dass nur die Digitalisierung der analogen Archive berücksichtigt werden soll.
